Our beer is available in the taproom in imperial pint (19oz) and half-pint (10oz) pours. If you're indecisive or curious, you're welcome to order a flight. And if you can't stay long, take some beer home in a 64oz glass growler. You can buy one here, or bring in your own.

Noble Roots IPA // American IPA
The stars here are Citra hops, which lend citrus and melon to our clean, smooth, and approachable flagship IPA.

Mackinac Island Amber // American Amber Ale
Ginger root and orange peel give this perky amber ale enough spice and citrus to lend some island flavor to a taproom session.

Blonde Belgian* // Belgian Ale
Belgian yeast brings fruity, bubble gum esters to this effervescent Old World style with a dry finish.

Cardinal IPA // Red IPA
Our third coast IPA has a layered caramel sweetness from Crystal malts and tropical flavor and aroma from Citra hops.

In a quiet woodland of tall trees and busy bees, there’s a certain bear with a fondness for honey. Inspired by those sweet adventures, Winnie’s Honey Bock blends rich malt warmth with the golden character of wildflower honey. Smooth, mellow, and pleasantly nostalgic - a beer for unhurried moments in your own Hundred Acre Wood.

Sound Passage*^ // Baltic Porter
Where the cold Baltic meets the North Sea, ships thread the narrow Øresund Strait-calm above, powerful beneath. That meeting of contrasts inspired this beer: Sound Passage, a Baltic Porter that balances bold roast with smooth lager clarity. Dark chocolate, toffee, and hints of dried fruit through a polished, steady current of malt.

Beach Breakfast*^ // Fruited Sour IPA
A Hawaiian favorite, POG; passion fruit, orange and guava in beer form. Hopped with Cashmere, Callista, and Simcoe with loads of vanilla beans, this fruited sour will have you saying “ehh i’m on vacation, 10 AM isn’t too early for a drink.”

Little Prince*^ // Fruited Pale Ale
Little Prince Pale Ale is inspired by love that endures beyond what we can see. Brewed with baobab fruit and select French and African hops, this beer is crafted in remembrance and in hope, with a portion of proceeds supporting families who have experienced pregnancy or child loss.

GARAGE SERIES
The garage is synonymous with experimentation. It's a place where ideas are born and nurtured; a room where chances are taken. Using a 1/2 barrel pilot system, we're brewing beers that may one day develop into favorites, or may only spend a few precious moments in the spotlight. ACRONYMS
ABV: Alcohol By Volume. The higher the number, the bigger the buzz.
IBU: International Bittering Units. Reflects the amount of alpha acids lent to the beer by hops. The higher the number, the hoppier the beer.
SRM: Standard Reference Method. Used to measure color. The higher the number, the darker the beer.
